Whitmore Car Club offers the easiest way to gain access to the NSW Historic Vehicle Scheme and the Victorian Club Permit Scheme. We do not offer access to the NSW Classic Vehicle Scheme.

If your Historic vehicle is at least 30 years old (NSW) or 25 years old (VIC), you are likely eligible for discounted registration. To qualify for this type of registration you are required to be a financial member of a recognised Historic Vehicle Club and this is where we come in. Whitmore Car Club welcomes all forms of classic motor vehicles, trucks, trailers, tractors & machinery, caravans etc and aims to make the registration process as simple as possible..

All you need to do is fill out the form above and we will review your Historic Vehicle as quickly as possible to check that it meets the criteria set out by each state. We aim to review all applications within 3 working days. Once your vehicle has been reviewed and is deemed eligible we will contact you with the next steps required to complete your application. .
